From Thursday 17 September, head to our Rise to the Mic booth at the Spindles Shopping Centre and get involved.
🏆 There are prizes up for grabs too, with £25 weekly winners and a £100 grand prize.
Simply scan the QR code with your mobile phone, record your video in the booth, and submit your entry.
Choose from three categories:
🎭 Performer – Sing, dance, perform stand-up comedy, magic, or another talent.
😂 Character – Tell us a joke, do an impression, or show off a party trick.
❤️ Proud Local – Share what makes you most proud of Oldham as we celebrate our status as the Greater Manchester Town of Culture.
You’ll simply record your entry in the booth and upload it through your phone. Once you’ve submitted your video, you’ll also be able to watch other people’s entries.
All entries will be reviewed before being published. Videos recorded during the week will go live the following Monday.
📍 Find the booth on the lower mall between Next and B&M. It’s open every day for 10 weeks, when the shopping centre is open, and we’d love to hear from you!
